How long between letdowns?

Hi girls! I don't have just a ton of time to pump at work, so I have always just kinda stopped pumping when I'm not getting any more milk (usually about 10 minutes). 

I guess I am just wondering if I am missing a second letdown by stopping when I see no more milk? On the occasion that I have continued to pump for maybe 5 more minutes after the end of the milk, I haven't gotten any more.

If you are getting a second letdown while pumping, how long does it take to see more milk after the first letdown is over? And how much more are you getting with that second letdown? Thanks!!

    I don't usually get a 2nd letdown until the 15-20 minute mark. I don't have a ton of time at the moment so sometimes I just catch the first one, go back to work, then come back in an hour or so to try for another one.

    I had not been going past 15 minutes but then I happened to leave it on longer and had a second let down after the 15 min mark. I now always pump for 20 when I can and get a second between 15 and 20. This morning for some reason I had 3 in that span. I usually get an extra 1 1.5 oz total extra.
