Stress-induced Braxton Hicks?

So, I have been having a lot of BH contractions for the past week and a half.  Over the weekend, I was just home and relaxing for the most part and didn't have any.  Then, I went to work this morning, where things are crazy stressful, and they started up again and have been going on and off all day.  Anyone else have stress-induced BH contractions or is this just me?  Anyone else feel more BH when they are feeling stressed out?  I am home now and they haven't stopped, so I guess I should start timing them.  You never know what it could turn into I suppose.

  • Stress can definitely cause BH, as well as being even somewhat dehydrated.
