upload a picture via browse, resize it (I usually pick website/email)  then click upload now

type in the code to prove you are not a robot.

a page will pop up with several codes generated. Use the one for message boards. copy the code come to your post and click on the little tree Icon paste the code in the area that says "image URL"  then click insert!
