This check in is for any ladies experiencing pregnancy after any loss. PGAL is a unique challenge and this check in is a way for all August PGAL mamas to get to know each other, keep updated, ask for/ provide support ect.

When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? 4 weeks (ish) Don't have an official one yet, based on LMP its around August 16th
Current Symptoms: a little tired, but thats it so far.
Cravings/aversions?CHEEESE (currently munching on colby jack and dill triscuits HEAVEN!)

Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? Recruiting office. We were both considering entering the marine corps around the same time. And were attentind pre-bootcamp PT sessions together. He enlisted as infantry (of course!) I was accepted into the Marine Corps band program, but I chickened out and went to college instead.

When is your EDD/how many weeks are you?
3w6d, based on LMP EDD is Aug 20th.
Current Symptoms: I feel like AF is coming, sore boobs, some mild cramps. I'm bloated as all get out and a bit constipated.
Cravings/aversions? Nothing yet

Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? We met at a bar, introduced by a friend. Allegedly my friend told him I was easy, which she totally denies. Apparently it was true (that I'm easy, lol).
D&C: 03/08/12 Waited for AF for 146 long days!
Hysteroscopy/D&C on July 10th to fix blocked cervix (DX: Cervical Stenosis)

When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? Aug 7, 5w5d
Current Symptoms: None right now which makes me nervous. I feel like I had more symptoms last time around. There are sometimes very slight, quick boughts of m/s or cramping but nothing consistent.
Cravings/aversions? None.
Upcoming appointments/appointment updates: Had my pregnancy confirmation on Friday and so far so good. My OB decided to do a beta draw for baseline in case (god forbid) something happens and they need to monitor further. I'm supposed to get the results when I go back in on the 20th for our first u/s where I pray to see a strong, beautiful HB. My first pregnancy visit (med history) is scheduled for Jan 18th.
Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? Another internet success story here but ours was hotornot.com (no joke!). It was so embarrassing that we told friends and family that we met at college and stuck with that story until we got married!

Current Symptoms: sore boobs, the occasional cramp or twinge, queasiness off and on, and moodiness
?Cravings/aversions? I wouldn't call it a craving but the only thing that has sounded appetizing in the last few days has been tacos.

BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)
3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.
TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]
When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? August 16/4w3d
Current Symptoms: nothing really noticeable, which has made me really nervous! A little tired, a little moody, some gas/bloating all of which could be on any non-pregnant day. I will feel much better when my boobs hurt and I have m/s!!!
Cravings/aversions? None
Upcoming appointments/appoinment updates: Jan. 2. I'm contemplating asking for bloodwork for some peace of mind to get me through the holidays, though.
Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? At a friend's Monday Night Football party over 9 years ago.
When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? 8/1/13! 6w4d today! Based on LMP it was 8/6/13 but U/S pushed it up!
Current Symptoms: Serious breast pain, serious all day nausea, back/hip pain, moodiness, exhaustion
Cravings/aversions? Reeses, Ice Cream, Mexican Food, Eggs
Upcoming appointments/appointment updates: had my 1st ultrasound today! So far, I have a sticky baby! HB at 126!

thats pretty cool about being an eharmony sucess story! Keep us updated on those betas okay? I know waiting is just about the hardest thing!
AquaAngel try not to be too worried about lack of symptoms its still so early, and some women feel great throughout their pregnancies!
Laurakat- first I just wanted ot say how happy I am to see you over here! I was still on TTCAL when you posted after one of your beta draws. I cant even tell you how happy I am that they were wrong! Can't wait to hear about the next ultrasound!
Fayga- Im with ya on the fried food thing. I had some last week...horrible idea! But its not a bad thing to avoid anyways
1078- you can't judge how pregnant you are based on symptoms. I know its hard not to worry, but each woman (even each pregnancy) reacts differently and has differing symptoms. Hang in there!
Rae- yay!! for a great ultrasound and heartbeat!!

Current Symptoms: None really. Just some random twinges.
Cravings/aversions? Just hungry.

I'm so spoiled in this regard because with my pregnancy with my son, I was with a specialist and had betas and u/s immediately and often. I'm so nervous to even be posting here yet and definitely not convinced I'll make it to January

Current Symptoms: Not many, just sore breasts, some fatigue, and mild dizziness.

Upcoming appointments/appoinment updates: Had my first beta this morning, just waiting for the results. Even though I know a single number doesn't mean much, I am really hoping for something in the 100-200 range. Next beta is on Thursday.
Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? We met in 8th grade! We weren't particularly close, and we lost touch after high school. We ran into each other 8 years later, started dating, and eventually got married. Hooray!

Current Symptoms: sore boobs, morning sickness (on and off throughout the day), bloated, exhausted, peeing all the time and moody! (I'm thinking the progesterone supplements taking part in these lol)

Upcoming appointments/appoinment updates:Just got the results of my betas from last Friday and Sunday and they came back great! I have my first OB appt the 17th with the nurse and first ultrasound the 21st!
Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? We met through my best friend- my husband is her brother in law (our husbands our brothers).

Current Symptoms: crampy (in a good way), sore boobs, tired- but I'm not sure if this is because I haven't been drinking coffee!

Symptoms: no period, swollen boobs, tired, crampy.
Cravings :same as last time: chocolate milk and cooked veggies with butter.

When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? I honestly don't know! We took a break from charting after the last miscarriage. Between August 18-20 based on my LMP, so, maybe around 4 weeks?
Current Symptoms: tired, food is tasting blerg, sore boobs.
Cravings/aversions? Milk. When I'm pregnant, I just want milk.

When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? My EDD is August 15th, I'm 4weeks 6 days
Current Symptoms: tired, a little pulling/twinges in my abdomen, heavy breasts
Cravings/aversions? Just not interested in my cup of decaf in the morning...it seems to be ok if I have a cup later in the day, but in the morning I seem to be wanting decaf hot tea.
Upcoming appointments/appoinment updates: I'll be having my 2nd round of betas drawn this coming Thursday and Saturday with results next Monday
Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? We actually went to High School together, but "ran" into each other 12 years after graduation on Match.com!

Hi all! I'm late to the party, but I wanted to check in too
When is your EDD/how many weeks are you? 6 weeks today/EDD Aug. 6, according to FF.
Current Symptoms: Nausea (no vomiting yet, but it's definitely getting worse!), fatigue, frequent urination
Cravings/aversions? Aversions: chicken all of the sudden. Cravings: pizza, beef, and cookies (healthy!)
Upcoming appointments/appointment updates: I had my first appt yesterday (yay!) and they did an u/s, which dated me at 5 weeks 5 days, but they said I was too early to get any good information, so they didn't give me an EDD and scheduled another u/s for Dec. 27. We got to see the lil' blob and heartbeat though! So amazing
Fun Question: how did you meet your spouse? At a party, through mutual friends. I was in college, DH had just graduated. DH asked my friend which of her roommates he should hit on, and I was the chosen one, haha. Lucky for me!
