Bad cramps... So nervous.

I had some really bad, double over in pain cramps this morning. No spotting, but I am still really scared. I have my ultrasound tomorrow afternoon. I am really really scared. How am I going to get through this?!

    I haven't. I have my last final exam of my undergrad education in 18 minutes so I decided to play it out. I haven't felt anything since. Also, I am on Zofran and haven't poo'd in a few days, so I am hoping thats it... Right? right? right? sigh.

    As pps have said, the constipation could be the culprit.  No spotting/bleeding is definitely good.  Glad you have something scheduled for tomorrow. Hang in there, hon.

    Saying not to be nervous is easier said than done but you with no spotting, that is a good sign. I had them over the weekend and had an ultrasound today and all was well.

    I agree that no spotting is good. With DD, I had horrendous cramping from 7dpo until about 14 weeks. Actually, when I announced my pregnancy to my parents over the phone, I told them that I thought I was in the process of miscarrying because the cramping was so bad. It would wake me up in the night doubled over in pain. Hopefully for you it's just "normal" pregnancy cramping or the Zofran!
