We got DD a play ktchen and shopping cart with food on a kohl's deal of the decade. A Fisher price doctor kit bc she was enthralled with my ob appts., some books, bubble bath, and Percy the train for her track.
We were going to get her a bike, but she got scared when we put her on one at the store, so we are waiting on that for her bday. Our budget was $100 and I think I hit it exactly.
New baby will get a few books.
I tried to stay away from gifts that were toys. We got him...a little backpack, books, couple movies, a CD, storage container for his cars, pajamas, slippers, a fun hat. Other ideas I had for him (some of them he's getting from other people) are little broom set, child sized potholders (he loves to cook), tunnels and bridges for his trains, and puzzles.
His birthday was just on October so he really doesn't need anything.
wooden doughnuts, wooden cookie set, memory game, duplo legos, baby doll, dog that barks and walks in circles. she's also getting a keyboard for her bday 4 days later.
The twins got the loving family dollhouse (The bigger one) 3 extra dolls, 4 rooms of furniture. dora dolls, princess toddler dolls, barbie size princesses (2 a piece) doc mc stuffins play sets.
Her big gift is a trampoline (a little one with a handle). She is also getting dress up clothes, lacing beads (melissa and doug), pjs, piggy paint, and a few other little stocking stuffers.
My 9 month old is getting FP Zoo talkers, melissa and doug fill and spill picnic basket, new bath hooded towels, and a few little things.
DD is getting a soccer goal for the backyard (on sale at Academy), several books (Llama, Llama series and the Pigeon books), some games for her Leappad, a softball glove and ball and rubber bases (she loves playing with her t-ball set), a Woody doll, a watch, warm up set to wear to gymnastics, her gymnastics lessons for the next session. We didn't get her much b/c we don't have the room and honestly she'd rather play outside than play with toys.
My 3 year old is getting a Leap Pad II, some clothes, a Disney toddler princess, a movie, and a few books.
My 1 year old is getting a bear pillow/sleeping bag (her sister has one and loves it), a toy cell phone and a toy music player, some clothes, and a few books.
DD is getting a ton of coloring books and some new crayons. She colors so much and her current crayons are turning into nubs!!! She's also getting the Leapfrog Leapster and a game and case, a Chilly plush (from Doc McStuffins), also the Mickey barnyard toy (her one request from Santa) and a Disney blanket with her name on it. Not too much this year. We are going to Disney World next month and then her birthday is in February.

I also got a gigantic teddy bear that is about 5' tall for them to share. They are really into wrestling and jumping on pillows and blankets, so I figured they could wrestle him and jump on him and get some energy out.
I still need to get a few more things for DS#2 so they have the same number of presents. We have so many toys for his age that I don't want to get any more toys, so I need to get creative. We want it to be fair this year because DS#1 seems to think it is 99% about him getting gifts and no one else should get as many.
-Fisher-Price My first doll house w/ accessories - from MIL
-Leappad 2 Disney Princess bundle -Mainly beacause DS who is 4 got one for Xmas and we knew there would be a fight. Comes with a color app which she will love.

For her bday 3 days later she is getting a pink Britax Frontier carseat from us. lol
DD is getting a bike, the Loving Family Dollhouse with two rooms of furniture, and iTikes Map, some books and Disney DVD's. I'll probably pick her up some bath toys and maybe some software for her V.Reader to add to that.
DD is the first grandbaby and niece on all family sides, so lots of relatives will likely be giving gifts.
We keep it simple. A Lego "Heartlake" set/book, two big books about fish (Shelley is obsessed), and a sticker set from Usborne Books. In her stocking, I put a hairbow and Hello Kitty loofah/soap.
Ooh, and I made her a holiday tutu to wear on Christmas Day!
