Walking Dead UO/question
I started watching this weekend.
Now, I've only watched S1 and about two episodes of S2. But I don't understand why Lori is such a hated character. I mean, she's not my favorite by a long shot, but what's so terrible about her? She legit thought Rick was dead before she started screwing around with Shane, right?

This. Plus I find her kind of whiny too. She's better in the first season but gets more annoying in the second.
In general, Season 2 kinda sucks tbh.
Season 3 is pretty awesome so far.
I agree. Season 2 was kinda meh toward the end, but Season 3 is kicking a** so far.

I agree with that and I do like character development- but, the pace was just so slow compared to Season 1 and I wasn't expecting it.
I think rewatching Season 2 would be a bit bearable because I wouldn't expect the pacing of Season 1.
I think Season 3 does a good job of developing characters, introducing new ones, and keeping the pace up.
Total UO here, but I actually found season one really slow, but season two more interesting. (Wasn't sure I was going to keep watching it until about four or five episodes in).
Season three is still on my DVR... so no opinions there yet.
yeah it wasn't the fact that she and shane were doing it in the woods during the apocolypse that made everyone dislike her. She thought rick was dead shane was his best friend and was the reason she and her son got out safftly and survived those first few weeks.
But as season two progresses...she starts playing rick and shane off each other. For example telling shane he isn't allowed to be around carl and to stay away from her family and blah blah blah then getting upset when he wants to leave the group and beging him to stay...

The nail in her coffin for me happend in the last three episodes of season 2.
It's like men go crazy after coming into close contact with her vagina.
Also...she always thinks carl is in the house...
he is never in the house. After the second time you would think she would know he isn't going to be in the damn house.
Thats true lol. I need to marathon them sometime. I know AMC is doing a New Years Eve/ New Years Day marathon playing every episode of S1, S2, and S3 back to back in order.
Oh and just some funsies happenings...
yes! lol. It's funny because characters I didn't like in the begining I really love now. Except andrea...I have NEVER liked her. EVER!
She is the worst in my opinion. haha
I did like the news that The Talking Dead will be on directly after the 9PM show now instead of an encore presentation, and it will last an hour instead of 30 mins.
A funny comment was made about how between Hershel, Merle, and The Governor- they now have all the makings of a Pirate lol. So true.
She annoys me.
