  I use 7th Generation dish soap and hot water. I wouldn't want to spray her tray with any chemicals.

  Use the sprayer on my sink with hot water for most things. Every once in awhile or when it gets really messy I just wash it with some natural dish soap (seventh gen or similar).

  This. If it's particularly gunky I'll wash it with dish soap, rinse with hot water, then wipe it down with vinegar and water.
