I haven't seen you post in a few days and you're usually pretty active. Just wanted to check in and see how you were doing and if you had any updates since earlier last week? I know we're both due 12/22 so I like to see posts from you and the others to see how we're all progressing. 

I've had a few contractions here and there yesterday but nothing that I felt like timing. Woke up this morning still here with LO inside...having a few contractions now but like last night nothing to time. Here's to hoping this is the beginning and things will progress over the next couple days. I hope things are moving along for you as I know you were concerned about induction, size, and other items.

Any other 12/22 ladies please feel free to chime in...I know it's been a pretty boring weekend on TB aside from the few announcements.

    I'm 12/19 - 12/20 and I haven' had any contractions. Just the usual BH. She hasn't dropped yet either, if that's something she'll even do. Nothing happening so far here.

    Hey there,

     I actually needed to take a break from thebump after a disturbing PM I got from someone saying that I am going to be a horrible mother and that I should consider putting my baby up for adoption.

    I am still here though, still pregnant. I had my 38 week check up this morning. Last week I was 1cm and "soft" today I was 2 cm and "open and thin" I dont really know much about internals, other than I need to be at 10cm to have the baby, lol. The Dr. said that he wouldn't be suprized if I go on my own in the next week or two - but if not I will be induced on 12/23. LO is measuring 3 weeks ahead and they are already estimating him at 9lbs and since I am in so much pain (my back and hips feel like they are breaking) he doesn't see a need to wait until the 29th for me to hit 41 weeks. Hopefully I will go on my own soon. Glad to hear you are doing well, and thanks for checking in on me, xo

    I'm sorry about the PM you got. Feel free to PM me if you need to vent. I'm glad you've made some progression since your last appointment. I know everyone says you can't tell a lot from the internals as to when you will go into labor, but I sure feel encouraged if progression is made.
