The only time I really need it anymore is right before pumping (otherwise it pinches - ouch!), but I use coconut oil exclusively. And it's great. In the beginning I would also rub breastmilk on my nips and let them airdry after feeding and that helped immensely.
Earth Mama Angel Baby natural nipple butter. I loved it, it was so much nicer to put on than lanolin.
ditto
yep
Me too. Also, do the breast milk trick too.
Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements
March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!
Nov. 16, 2015 FET of single adopted 5AA embryo - BFN
The Earth Mama was one of my choices so I will go ahead and order that! I did the breastmilk trick with LO too, but I wanted to have some cream on hand just in case - last time I had some major issues with cracking that the breastmilk trick did not help at all.
Re: BFers: What "natural" nipple cream do you use?

I'll be the fifth one to say Earth Mama Angle Baby Natural Nipple Butter is amazing
Count me as #6. I'm still using the stuff occasionally. I also used the BM trick.
I also use this. It's amazing
