A furnace that stops working during a blizzard!

We know a furnace guy but he lives 60 miles away, so that is not happening.  MH is trying to fix it, otherwise it is space heaters and fireplaces tonight.  If it can't be  fixed it I think we will be buying a new furnace, eek!

    That does suck! We had our furnace go out last November. It was the worst. I hope YH is able to get it up and running. If not I hope it's an easy and inexpensive fix.

    Oh no! Damn you, Minnesota! The snow and you are not on good terms this week. I hope you all stay warm and get it fixed with a quickness.

    It gets better Missy.

    It took me an hour to get home from work today and then another hour to get my car up the driveway!

    We think it is the igniter plug...We have a guy coming in an hour, sounds like it will cost 200.00.  Hopefully that is it!.

    Blerg, snow was so much cooler as a kid. It's just a pita as an adult. Crossing fingers it all works out for you.

    Oh no! At least you guys have the fireplace as backup!

    We have baseboard heaters and SO used to heat up one room at a time...whichever he was in. But the rest of the house was freezing! We bought a fireplace insert three years ago and now don't even turn the heaters on....we just have a fire every day or every other day to heat up the house. I like having a fire!
