Do you celebrate it? If so, is it tonight or tomorrow night and what is your tradition. My husband grew up with the tradition of St. Nick and he filled their stockings. I told him I would continue the tradition minus the stockings bc that is for Santa and Christmas morning. I know some people leave shoes outside their doors...etc. I want to keep it because it really is the only Christmas tradition my husband has but seriously I have no idea what to do and what to give. Im stumped for my 2.5 year old. TIA

Re: St. Nicks Night?
Thank you for reminding me! We celebrate. We always set out shoes and actually included our list to Santa. Then in the morning the list is gone and we would have a few small treats, usually a piece of fruit, popcorn ball, chocolate santa and candy cane.
I didn't remember to shop so DD will get a tangerine and some Hershey's chocolates from halloween :-) Boo for not having a candy cane
I was sick Tuesday evening and Wednesday all day so we missed doing St Nicks this morning. Luckily my oldest is only 2 so she doesn't know that it was supposed to be this morning, we will do tomorrow morning now.
My husband and I have done the tradition of an ornament every year, now that we have two little ones we will do ornaments for them. This year I bought for the baby since I wanted a 1st Christmas ornament which he isn't all about, so he bought for our 2 year old. Next year we will switch.
I LOVE the idea of leaving their list in the shoe for St. Nick to pickup.
We do. It's not widespread around where we live, which makes it fun, IMO.
DS is Nicholas, which makes it even more fun
He set his shoes outside his door and got a few little edible treats- kisses, a pack of m&ms and a small candy cane (which he doesn't like).
I love the idea of leaving your list in the shoes for him to pick up and I will make note to do that next year!
