Man oh man!!!

Ok so this board has been very slow lately. What is everyone up to? I am running around like crazy trying to pack for our get away tonight. It has been so long since I have been alone with dh I have no clue what to bring. I'm sure he will not appreciate the same nursing bra and boxers combo that I have been rockin for about 7 months. Any suggestions?

    Still sick. Boo.
    Very jealous of your get away! DH and I could seriously use one but we just get to leave next week for my mothers house. Not exciting. I have about a 4 page list since we'll be gone for 3 weeks.
    I guess what you should bring depends where you are going and for how long. Where are you guys off to?

    We are going for one night at a ski resort about 2 hours from home. We are so NOT skiing, just hoping for a nice night with just us. Going to get pampered. We booked a couples massage. A mani/pedi for me and they have a beautiful outdoor hot tub that we will be making the best of. I have never had the first two things, and have not been able to use a hot tub for over two three years due to pregnancy.

    I am so sorry that you are sick, I hate feeling like crap!

    That's sounds amazing. A bunch of our friends are doing this just after Christmas but we had to pass on the chance since DH and I will be visiting his parents then. ILs house for a week vs. a ski chalet with beautiful views and a hot tub. Yeah, obligation kind of made the choice for us lol.

    Ohhhh I'm so jealous of you right now!! We are going to my husbands work party tonight and I'm not feeling very sociable today.

    My work party is tonight as well, but I just don't feel up to going. I don't feel SO sick that I couldn't go, but my boss is a bit much to handle in the best circumstances. Her combined with my headache might just make my head explode.

    Wow that sounds nice, the only alone time dh and I have had since Lucas was when I had the esure procedure done : not romantic at all!!

    We just watched polar express with all three kids and dh aunt who lives next door.

    Getting ready for Christmas. First time parents during the holidays. I need 8 more hours a day. I don't know what I used to do with my time. I am not ready at all!

    Have fun on your night away! I've been hoping to do something with my husband overnight but haven't felt romantic in a long time. With nursing I feel like my body still isn't mine yet. I'm trying to work on it. Don't want my husband to feel lonely.
