TTC advice

My husband and I are going to start TTC in around 6 months.  Do you have any advice on what is best to do to prepare myself/my body for hopefully conceiving?  Any advice is appreciated.  I do take prenatals already and will continue to do so.

Read the newbie link on the TTGP board. Also, go to fertilityfriend.com and sign up. It's free. Even if you don't plan to chart, the tutorials are great. Finally, read Taking Charge of Your Fertility (TCOYF) (might be Taking Control... I never remember). Also, relax about it, because it can take a normal healthy couple up to a year to conceive.

All of this and it's Taking Charge of Your Fertility.  Also start taking prenatal vitamins or a folic acid supplement.   Over the counter is fine.
