belly bandit sizing

how do you size belly bandits. I was a size 10 pre-pg and have gained around 25 pounds thus far. any advice? Also, for those of you that had them, did you like them? did they help? this will be my 2nd c/s and i did not have one last time but i figure "why not"?

I used one after my unplanned csec and loved it. I bought a L and was a 14-16 pre preg and it was a little small. I was so impressed with my results I posted my bf and after pics on here back in 2010. Here is a link I found - https://www.bellybandit.eu/size-chart

Hated mine and didnt use it. I am short and have a small torso. I bought a medium but could have used a small. I say buy smaller.
