Need nanny suggestions for an urgent situation!

Help!! A friend of a friend is looking for a great nanny to watch her 5 month old daughter. It sounds like she might also consider an in-home day care too. This woman lives in Scappoose and works in Portland. Currently here nanny situation is not very healthy for her baby and she's looking to move fast.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!!

    Is she looking for someone in Scappoose or in Portland?  I know of a great in home daycare in SW Portland that likely has an infant opening.
