We're having thai for dinner tonight and I ordered my favorite, pad thai. Mikey has had peanut butter before with no reaction, so I was thinking I might give him a noodle or two. What do you think?

If he has already been exposed to peanuts with no reaction I say why not? E tries everything we eat. Sometimes it is a hit, other times she hates it. I hope he loves it too!

Any shellfish allergies in your family? Cross-contamination is common in cooking (woks wiped and re-used, not soaped between dishes so shellfish residue can get into non-shellfish dishes). If you are okay with that, then go ahead. As long as there aren't any shellfish allergies in your family, the recommendation now is pretty much after 6 months, though some still say after a year. I would let Ben try it.
