Help with Pic in Signature

Okay, I have tried following the FAQ directions for uploading a picture to my signature, and I still just can't get it to work. I finally got a little placeholder box to show, but the picture isn't there. I think the problem is my Shutterfly link. I have used it before for a sig pic, but I don't remember exactly where I got the link. I right click on the picture I want to use this time, look at the image properties, copy the URL for the picture, paste it in my siggy with the code from the FAQ page, and it's still not working. I think part of the problem is that the URL doesn't end with .jpg, but I don't know how to fix that. I have tried using tinypics to shorten the URL, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?
