  The first time I was really happy but in denial and scared of the unknown. It took a while to sink in and seem real. While I am very excited this time I don't have that "I'm gonna puke" and disbelief feeling....This time I feel like I know what to expect a little more so I'm not as nervous or in disbelief since I've already been pregnant.
