No BFP and No Period

in Trying to Get Pregnant

I keep getting BFN and I still don't have a period.  So, how long do I wait before I call my OBGYN to check and see if all is well?  (Just as an FYI, I've always been super regular so this is the first cycle which is wacky.)

    60 days with no period.  test 1x/wk until CD 60, you get a + HPT or your period.

    Yup. Just because you're usually regular doesn't mean you always will be. You don't know for sure If you're late unless you're tracking your BBT.
