Grandma jewelry

I'd like to get my MIL either a necklace or bracelet with Munchkin's birthstone with the idea of adding her future grand children's birthstones as they come. I haven't really found any good ones that I can add to later.

Any ideas?

    What about a Pandora bracelet? My mom and MIL both have them so this year we are getting them each a charm for Abby. You could do one of the glass beads in the birthstone color or I think they have specific birthstone beads.

    My SIL was telling me about Origami Owl.  It is a locket-type thing that you can add to.  Here is one that is for a Grandma (you pick everything included, so you could leave off the dangly things on top):

    I got one for my mom for her birthday from The Vintage Pearl. It says grandma, mom, friend and has coops birthstone but more can be added.
