6 months-decrease in supply?

For the past 6 months I have had zero supply issues.  I pump more at work than what DS takes in at daycare, and have been able to build up a pretty good freezer stash.  However, the past few days my supply seems to have dropped significantly....about 1-3 less oz per pumping session.  There have been no changes, although I do feel more stressed out lately.  Any suggestions or anyone else have this happen?  I am thinking of just pumping once or twice at night after DS goes to bed.

    Oh....we also started solids 1 week ago.  DS has had sweet potatoes and squash.  I make the food with BM.  I follow Kellymom about nursing first, etc.  He hasn't had much at all.....one night he had two spoonfuls and that was it.  He also still eats 2 times at night.

    Ahh.....AF, does that cause a decrease in supply??  I did have it this past week, this was the second one I have had PP.

    Yes it does.  Keep doing what you've always done.  From what I've read, it should come back up once it's over.  (I haven't gotten there yet).

    I noticed a dip in mine. and i have NEVER had supply problems. I still making more than enough to feed her but it is down. i am just trying to pump a little more.
