We're just about to finish our to do list before the new baby comes, and I'm thinking I'm forgetting something, but I can't remember what, lol. Darn pregnancy brain. ![]()
Anyway, was there anything you forgot to do or take care of before your baby came that you wished you had done?
Re: Things you forgot to do before baby?
You have time before this one. Don't drop the ball again!
sheer laziness.
I COULDN'T DECIDE BETWEEN THE OWL AND THE BUNNY!
Gah, you guise are way harsh.
I can't think of anything I forgot to do with the last one. I went pretty nuts on my house.
Give the fridge a good clean out. Replace your batteries in the smoke detectors if they need it. Have the inside of the car detailed.

That was it! I want to get my car washed. Thank you!!!!
I don't think I forgot anything, but the things I'm really glad that I did do was make freezer meals, have easy breakfasts and snacks in the pantry/fridge, have a separate changing station set up in our bedroom for late night diaper changes, hang battery operated night lights above the changing table and beside my bed for a little light for night feedings, had a good supply of Lanacane/Dermaplast (they didn't provide it at my birth center), and put a sheet protector down on the bed in case my water broke while sleeping (it didn't, but I'm going to be doing this again). I can't think of anything else right now.
Speaking of dropping the ball, I just saw a pejazzle on pinterest.

We finished the nursery the day I went in for an induction. I really wish I had shaved my legs and had a bikini wax, but I really didn't care at the time. I totally cared after I had given birth in front of about a dozen people.
