DCSS and hearing update

I'm still getting weird, random amounts direct deposited into my account from DCSS.  And DCSS still won't really give me any info as to why/how those amounts are being obtained.  DC's contempt hearing on 10/29 was continued to 12/10 and TN isn't disclosing any info to CA as to why the matter was continued.  This interstate action has me pulling out my hair.  Last time I checked this is my case they're handling and I should be getting informative updates as to what the heck is going on.

The hearing last month regarding the supervised visits has also been continued, but at my request.  Until I get some sort of update from DCSS about what's going on out in TN, I'm not agreeing to anything in regards to DC's visits.  If DCSS has been able to locate and verify DC's address out there, then the Judge will take that into consideration and may lift the supervised visits clause.  But I also need to know if DC is going to be looking at any jail time for contempt before I'll discuss any further visits.  I'm hopeful that I can get the Judge in CA to issue an order that TN DCSS must notify the Court and/or me immediately if DC is in fact arrested and serving any jail time.  I don't want the kids going out there for visitation if he's in jail.  Flame me if you must, but SM and Gma have zero visitation rights with the children and in fact are just as bad as DC.  They helped him hide the kids this Summer and have helped him duck service from DCSS for several months.

Blah.  Hopefully this will be resolved sooner rather than later!
