well after two phone calls to the triage they told me to come in and get "checked out". I went in at 4 am and my contractions were still about 5-6 minutes apart.

they checked my cervix and i am completely effaced but still need to dialate ( only one cm). They sent me home to keep having my contractions and that is what I have been doing ever since.

they are still constant and about 6 minutes apart. I know that this can maybe go on for quite a while. I am hoping not because of the back labour. thank you for your advice ! and happy wednesday everyone.
