Hi moms!
I have been living in Denmark for the past 4 years, and now I have an 18 month old, and twins that are due to arrive in a few weeks. In light of our growing family, we think it is time to move back to the US. My hubby has a job possibility in NC and will be traveling there in a week. I want him to tour a couple of daycare facilities while he is there, but while doing my research, I am easily getting overwhelmed.
Any good website you use to get an overall since of the options. Definitely want him in an facility and not a home.
Any recommendations?
Any input could help. Thanks in advance!
Re: International mom possible moving to Hickory...Daycare?
Sorry, I don't know if we have any Hickory moms on this board but I wanted to say welcome (possibly) to NC. Hickory is a beautiful town!
This site can tell you is run by the state and can provide information on all licensed facilities. https://ncchildcaresearch.dhhs.state.nc.us/search.asp
I just moved to Raleigh NC so welcome! We plan on moving to Hickory in about 2 years, it is a great community.
