1 bad, 2 sweet things

Last night I tripped carrying Kaiden and fell really hard on the concrete at DDs school. My knee is bruised and swollen and hurts if I bend it, so it been hard moving around and going up and down stairs.

After I fell, I managed to get both kids buckled and drove home. By the time we were home, I was in tears. My sweet daughter said,  "you've been my mommy and now I'm going to be yours." Aww, melt. She tried to make me feel better. And then got bored.

And then at dinner, we talk about the best and worst part of the day. Obviously mine was getting a booboo. Again, Lylah said, "I would have catched you if I could. I'm sorry I didn't catch you mommy."

How'd she get so sweet?! ;)

    oh man, i am also awww-ing out loud. That is just the sweetest. I hope you are okay! Ice and elevate your knee and try to take it easy. Knee injuries can take a long time to heal if you don't take care of them properly.
