Growth spurt?

I though we had cleared the 6 week growth spurt, as we had a few days of constant eating and fussiness. Then the last two days LO napped like a champ all day (something he hadn't done in a while), with only the normal witching hour fussiness. But today - nightmare! Screaming all morning which is so unlike him and refuses to nap although he is clearly fighting to keep his eyes open. He's eating like normal, no temp, and plenty of wet and poopy diapers. What gives? Just torturing me?

    Connor did that yesterday. It's like he was hungry and tired and couldn't decide which he wanted more. He eventually slept most of the afternoon and today he's sleeping all day again.
