Bed resters, what's the high point of your Tuesday?

    High Point of today... Not much really. I guess that I don't have to go to a doctor appointment and they haven't called to say something was bad about my labs yet... Fingers crossed that the labs are normal and I can stay at home!

    GTKY: Hubby and I had decided that since I'm now on complete bed rest that we wouldn't decorate this year. But hubby just told me last night that he's going to decorate anyway even though I can't help because he wants me to be able to enjoy the holidays.

    High point: I finally picked out crib bedding! I have been obsessing over it for weeks and could never decide. I am relieved now!! Also, glad you took this over. I was considering it though. GTKY: Hubby put a few lights up outside but we decided not to do a tree. For one, he can not decorate lol two, it would be a hassle to take down come January and I will be getting my cerclage out the beginning of Jan and just want to worry about LO coming then.

    I am so happy to see this post!  Although, I have to say I am jealous you two are so far along.  I'm only 10w2d and I'm on bed rest for sub chorionic hemorrhage.  I'm not allowed to do much right now because of size of the bleeding and I had a miscarriage last August. 

     

    The highlight of my day is that my dog has been snuggling next to me on the couch.  She's so cute!

    I can understand about not wanting to have to worry about taking everything down in January. If we do end up decorating I'm sure baby will be here before it's taken down. lol

    Aw! I'm sorry to hear that. I've been on bed rest since about 28w and it's tough but we have to do what's best for our LOs. T&Ps that things get better for you! I'll be thinking of you!

    High Point:  Almost ordered the rest of the gear we need from Target but the damn 10% code didn't work.  I'll try it again some other day.  Other good thing, my DH baked an apple pie that I was craving this week...the house smells amazing!  

    I bought a mini tree at Target so we'd have something to decorate and not much to put away.

    It is a jungle themed set. My husbands cousin painted a tree with birds on the nursery wall and used the colors I picked out, brown, green, blue and orange. So everything else in his room match those colors and I have been stuck on finding bedding that I was dreaming about it. The set has a mokey, lion, and girraffe and all the colors I wanted :)

    That sounds smart! Maybe hubby will wanna do that. Probably not though, he always has to get a real tree. :P
