I don't feel any different

So I received a positive test last week. According to my cycle I should be in week 5 or 6, but besides for my boobs being a bit bigger I don't feel any different. I m very regular and didn't get my period. I there any way I could not be pregnant? I will be so bummed we have been trying for over a year. My doc apt isn't till the 12th should I try to get it sooner to make sure everything is okay? Kinda freaking out.

    Everyone is different and you should be happy you dont have any symptoms, only a few blessed ladies get away with it ;-) I never had any major symptoms either. Did you take a digital test or a dye test? If you are unsure take a digital, I find them to be more accurate and no line guessing.

    I took 3 dye tests. I ll get the digital tmrw just for piece of mind. I was due for my period on oct 28th. Like I said I m very regular. Should I even have symptoms yet?

    No, not everyone has symptoms. I would definitely do a digital, this way you have no guessing but if you got a positive 3x then I think its safe to assume you are pregnant.

    I don't really have symptoms yet, at least nothing that I would notice as definitively pregnancy symptoms if I didn't keep track of my cycles and take a HPT the day after I missed AF. I've had a little bit of gas, but I would probably chalk it up to indigestion. Some days I've been really bloated, but I am prone to bloat around AF so I might not think anything of it. No morning sickness, nausea, breast tenderness, or any of the "typical" pregnancy symptoms just yet.

    I know how you feel...with my son I was worried sick until my first ultrasound, because I felt like it was all a farce. People would say to just be glad that I didn't have morning sickness, but I envied everyone who had the affirmations letting them know they were still pregnant.

    I dont really feel anything either, except for the sore boobs.  It was the same with my dd but I still worry about it a little

    Aside from some mild cramping early on, I had zero first trimester symptoms with DS. Don't let no symptoms worry you, it can be completely normal.
