I'm hesitant to get one because I'm worried that it will take up too much room in my kitchen when it's not in use (which isn't very often with the way LO likes to help me). Where does it go in your house when not in use?
Why don't you just get a utility stool? That's what we use. Your daughter is old enough to stand where you don't have to worry about her falling over. We fold up and put between the fridge and wall and Kieran grabs it out when he wants to help.
We just use a kitchen chair. The only way I would ever get a learning tower is if I had a huge kitchen with tons of extra space and I expected to have lots of kids and grandkids so I could get my money's worth.
DD uses her learning tower all the time, so we just keep it out in our tiny kitchen. She loves to help me cook, so we are definitely getting our money's worth.
