I've had some severe cramping, weird discharge, and my nausea has disappeared. I called my nurse and they're going to do an ultrasound tomorrow morning. I'll be 6w1d. Is it too early to see a heartbeat?

Re: Should I see a heartbeat tomorrow?
I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and we saw the heartbeat.
Best of luck, hope all is well.
Ditto, to all of this!
That's what I'm scared of... the unknown. I just want a definitive answer.
We had an ultrasound yesterday at 6wks and no heartbeat - dr. said it's still pretty early - sometimes you'll see it and sometimes you won't.

Its still so early, I think its normal for the nausea to come and go. Mine didn't come and stay until 7 weeks. If the baby just took a while to implant, you may not see a heart beat. Try to stay calm, although I know that is so much easier said than done.
Best of luck, we'll be thinking of you tomorrow.
