How ya feeling, babe? Are you on bed rest, helping those sweet little embies snuggle in tight? If so, how long are you on BR, and what are you going to do to pass the time?

I'll embarrassingly admit, I have taped 3 different Housewives shows on Bravo to watch, and am trying to find more trash tv. I tried taping the Liz and D!ck movie on Lifetime last week, but waited too long to look at it and noticed it never taped more than a minute, and since it apparently sucked big time, they aren't replaying it any more. Sad

I am actually not on bedrest. Surprisingly, I was shocked. My RE transferred the embryos and then took every thing out of me and said you can get up! I was like don't I need to lay here for at least 20 minutes. She said my uterus looks perfect and there isn't any "space/air" in there so there is no way the embryos can fall out and they specifically said no bed rest, that they want me up and moving. I was told no sex for a week (but I am taking crinone so I can't imagine it would be fun anyway). Also, I was told to avoid excessive stair climbing. We don't have stairs so I am good! I did take it easy yesterday afternoon and today I am home with my DS and a 1 year old little boy I have been watching to make some $ for all these treatments.

I am taking it more easy than my usual 100 miles a minute pace and my house is showing a little neglect, but I did prepare pretty good before hand.

Have they said why they wanted you on bedrest? Is that common practice in your RE's practice? How long are you down for? So, TOMORROW!!! Have they said what time? I am ready to not be the leader anymore!!

I don't feel different at all. kinda was hoping I would. Not really sore anymore! Oh, and I am totally constipated from the meds from retrieval and scared I am giving myself hemorriods trying to poop. I have been popping colace, but nothings happening yet.

I don't think it's all that uncommon to be put on bed rest for 24 hours. My doctor tends to do it for 24-48 hours. There are different theories on whether any bed rest is helpful or not, and I'm not really sure what they are and whether one is better than another, so I just do what I'm told right now.

I'm still waiting on the call from RE's office. I'm pretty bad about bugging them for monitoring results if I don't hear early in the day (by 11am), so I'm going to wait until this afternoon if I don't hear anything, since they did say it could be that late, which I think is insane. Hello, people have lives they need to schedule around this stuff!

I don't remember it being this big a deal before, so maybe they have a lot of cases with it being the end of the year and them getting ready to shut down the ER/ET section of the clinic. I'll let you know when I get a time. It's going to be a long day, since I feel crappy, and really don't want to be at work today. Stick out tongue

I'm glad everything is going well so far. When are you planning to start POAS, or are you going to wait for beta, I forget?

Is this a normal side effect? Because I haven't "gone" since Friday and this is not normal for me! I know hemorrhoids are coming...it's inevitable....ugh...

Yes, she said the anesthesia and the hydrocodone cause it. I am usually 1-2 a day and I can't remember my last one!! Which is making me very nervous. I was at Walmart last night and totally forgot the prune juice. My nurse said to warm the prune juice in the microwave. I have never had a hemorrhoid before, what can you do for them? Are we allowed to use any of the over the counter cream (I think DH has some in the closet)? Hope you feel better too!

So, I would think to start testing on the 10th?? Am I correct that the #dpo is lining up with the dates this month?? All these thoughts are making my mind mush. AKA: when should we test?

I meant to test out my trigger one more time today, since it was still faint the other day, but I forgot. I'll leave the test out where I can see it tonight and do that first thing in the morning.

The 10th sounds about right to me. Last time, I started testing at 4dp5dt (9 dpo), and got a negative, but got my first positive the following day.

BTW, you got hydrocodone? Man, I didn't get anything. I took 2 Tylenol and called it a day. I have to tell you, getting that u/s yesterday was no pleasant task either. Boy, was everything sore/tender down there!

You've never had them? You are a lucky girl! I've had them off and on since my first baby. I have no idea if we are allowed to use the cream, but I would assume so. I used it during my last pregnancy, so surely it is fine.

You've never had them? You are a lucky girl! I've had them off and on since my first baby. I have no idea if we are allowed to use the cream, but I would assume so. I used it during my last pregnancy, so surely it is fine.

I pushed my twins out, but they were so small it was easy and had a c/s with DS. One perk I guess.

They made me take 2 before ER and I took 2 more and not sure it was worth it b/c I am in pain in another area! Ewe!

Ok, the 10th it is! I will test my trigger tomorrow morning too; just to be sure!
