I've been trying to be a bit more mindful about what I'm eating, even if I only manage it one meal a day. I just made myself a whole wheat turkey wrap, and I'm having grapes and iced tea (wild orange blossom from Teavana, mmmmm).
Ooo that sounds yummy! Today I have leftover buffalo chicken chili and a yogurt. I'm jonesing for a cookie, though. I don't think I have enough chage for the vending machine, so my diet is safe for now.

I'm in my house with a box of brownie mix. Really, really resisting. DD helps.
Lean cuisine sesame chicken. I've been trying to cut down on processed foods, but frozen lunches are the easiest way for me to control portions during the day.

I had 4 bites of a whopper with cheese and about 5 fries in the Walmart parking lot before Lil had a meltdown in the back seat. Which then ended up me shopping hungry and buying way more crap then I should have including 3 different kinds of fruit roll ups.
