Hello. New to the bump.

Hello. We just found out we are 4 1/2 weeks pregnant with our first. We live in the Sammamish area. We are looking for an OB recommendation. I would really like a midwife and am considering a birthing center but my husband is set on a hospital which would most likely be swedish . Does anyone know of a great midwife that delivers at swedish or an ob with a midwife approach at swedish?

They have CNMs at Swedish Ballard. I always recommend this resource to first timers trying to figure out which route to go. Where you deliver and who your provider is have the greatest influence on how your birth will go.

Swedish Issaquah offers OB speed dating and we went tonight. It was awesome. We got so much information and I feel confident in finding the best fot for us. thank you for the warm welcome.
