2 yr old + 1 yr old + 4 week old = nuts!!

2 yr old + 1 yr old + 4 week old = nuts!

I helped out my cousin today.  He has issues...his SO is hospitalized again..she has been taken by ambulance twice with seizures and once for a throat infection that was threatening to close her throat.  

He just moved to the area after the birth of his second son.  He is Navy and trying to figure out how he will report to work on Wednesday with his SO hospitalized again.  I have been over there helping.  He left to get things done...me and the crazy three!

Today went like this: Izzy busting her lip with blood on the 2yrs olds chair...4 week old crying he wants a bottle, Iz crying...2 yr old continuously hitting her and throwing all his toys at her head.  2yr old needs access to his potty...I turn my back and Iz is splashing in his urine.  They have their tree up and Christmas decorations EVERYWHERE....no was a very popular word today.  

Wow, I will not be having three children and this is scaring me for baby #2.  All you out there with more than one....congrats you are alive!  Ha...just kidding but what in the world is the tricks?

    Your poor cousin! I feel terrible for him. You are wonderful for helping him. You day sounds nuts, but I'm impressed that you're so generous with your time and energy!

    I think when you have a routine it is easier. You will do just fine.

    If there are tricks, I missed that chapter in the book. I just embrace the insanity and try not to let my hair turn grey.

    Woah, sounds like you had a crazy day. I am sorry your cousin has to deal with that-new baby, new job, and a sick SO. I bet he was grateful for your help. I think you will be just fine with 2 kids.
