A feel good movie. This time of year a good, cheesy, made for tv Christmas movie is a great pick me up.
I don't know if you pray, but I find that can usually snap me out of my funk. If you aren't the praying type, maybe some good, positive thoughts can help.

It depends. If I'm furious I listen to music. Evanescence is my fav. If I'm just mad I try and distract myself. Usually I just play with Matthew... if he is sleeping... I eat.
Cleaning & organizing helps me.. I feel like I'm in control or re-gaining control of the chaos!
DH and DS have a football Sunday ritual where they nap/watch football for a few hours in the basement. DH loves it because DS snuggle with him and they snooze together. I love it because I can get so much done around the house.
Yesterday I took advantage of football Sunday and hit the mall to do a little Christmas shopping. Something about shopping makes me feel so good. (Which goes away quickly when the credit card bill comes! eeek!) Even window shopping makes me happy.
I clean while listening to music, or do something for myself (pedi, facial, etc). This time of year I do like to turn the tree lights and some candles and just relax with hot cocoa or tea.
Usually waffles help! also, some free time to straighten up, clean or just get some house work done. usually my funk is from limited time and thus a sloppy house

Am I the only person who gets annoyed walking through target?!
If I'm there on business I can get annoyed. Like if I have to take Augie and get stuff on my list and make sure I follow the rules of my coupons, yes, it can get stressful.
But sometimes I go by myself with no list and just wander. I ignore people and just look at stuff. Maybe I'm weird?

I eat chocolate! And caffeine doesn't hurt either. I also try to take time to play with A if I am in a funk he always cheers me up.nbsp;
This is me. I'm currently on my lunch break at work with a cup of coffee and a Twix bar. Except that doesn't get me out of my funk, it just makes me feel worse. I've put on some pounds lately. Working out makes me feel better, it just a matter if finding the time.

For years, I use to always run when I was upset, it always helped me clear my mind and recharge. But since I have fallen off my workout wagon, a good cup of coffee with christmas music on and nothing on but the light of our tree
I try and accomplish something that needs to be done on my to-do list. My H was annoying me earlier so I cleaned the kitchen and ordered Max's Christmas pj's. I feel better when I can check things off my to-do list!
I also like to drink a glass of wine or hot cocoa and take a hot bath. Working out helps me as well.
I'm with Gym on this one. Usually a hot and yummy coffee drink will do...especially if it is from Dutch Bros. A get together with some girlfriends is a surefire fix as well.

Re: Since we're all moaning...
Sometimes I need a good cry.
I usually get into a cleaning fury and that helps. Too bad I have to get irritated before it kicks in.

I think you might be
I get annoyed at Target because my paycheck magically disappears!
I need to stop the stress eating though. I've gained 4lbs over the weekend from stress eating. That just makes me feel worse.
