I feel like crying

Q's fever spiked again this morning. This is the forth day with no other symptoms. I know kids get fevers and it still could be roseola but I'm just worried and feeling awful for my little guy. I mean, even if it's "just" roseola, that's pretty crappy.

I texted my bff, hoping to get a btdt mom opinion and maybe just see how she was doing because we hadn't talked for a week. She called me back and proceeded to lecture me on how fevers are healthy. When I tried to tell her that even my doctor was a bit concerned that it was hanging on for this long and still spiking, she says , "Well if you're just going to argue with me, than i guess I don't have anything else to say to you."

We pretty much ended the conversation there and I feel even worse than I did before. I have another doctors appointment tomorrow. She's hoping that he'll start getting the roseola rash before than and that is fever will break.

    my friend called me back to apologize. She is having a crappy week. I'm glad we're good. I hate fighting with people I care about.

    I meant to reply to your first post about this, but I was on my iPad and I hate typing on that thing.  Eli has had two occasions where he spiked a fever for no reason with no other symptoms and everything just resolved on its own. Ours did not last quite as long, but I thought it might help you feel better to know that he's not the only one.  I'm glad your friend owned up to her own problems!  Hope you get answers soon!
