I always forget my wallet

On the weekends I end up throwing my wallet into DD's diaper bag so I don't have to carry around a diaper bag and a purse.  I have lost count on the number of times I forget to move my wallet back to my purse for work on Monday.   It makes for a wretched morning on Monday when I go to get something to eat and my wallet isn't there.  Sad

    I only seem to do this on days I really need my wallet - like when I need to go pick up gas.

    What about putting an emergency $10 bill or something in your purse?  I know it doesn't help right now, but for next time you'll have the money stashed away and can replace it when you switch your wallet back to your purse.

    I'm so glad I'm not the only one!  I now have a $20 bill and my emergency credit card that I never use kept in a separate pocket of my purse at all times.  Of course, as soon as I thought to do this (after the 5th or 6th Monday of forgetting my wallet), I haven't forgotten again.  Figures!

    I don't actually do this myself.  I really should, though.  My mom always had a small coin purse attached to her keys and kept $5 and a couple toonies ($2 coins, for those who haven't experienced Canadian money) in it.  It's her emergency Tim Horton's stash.

    Happens to me all the time. I am seriously considering asking for a duplicate of my bank card just so I can have two!
