Sensitive baby

When my daughter gets sleepy, she gets so sensitive! Make one wrong face or noise and she starts bawling her eyes out like she's scared. Example, this video from halloween:

She loves to be chased and make "RAHHH" noises during the day, but god help me if I frown after 7pm.

    It's pretty normal for babies to get upset more easily when they are tired.  DD throws fits most days as bedtime gets closer.  We try to dim the lights, make sure the TV and anything that makes a lot of noise is turned off, and generall stick to low-key activities like reading books to her for the last hour of the day.

    My two year old is still like this but he gets wound tight and cranky!!

    DD is like this too. If she's tired (and it's always worse in the evening), she'll cry about anything - sometimes she even smile/cries! Like, 'I'm so upset... But in all fairness, I find this amusing... waaaa!'
