Bloody show?

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was pink and brown slimy stuff on the toilet paper. Is that bloody show?

I was just going to post about this! I just noticed the same thing and I was wondering if that was it! I didnt experience this with my first 2. Can someone explain to me exactly what it is and what it means?

Can someone explain to me exactly what it is and what it means?

I'm pretty sure that it means that some blood vessels in your cervix have broken due to it dilating. So it's usually a pretty guaranteed sign of labor. I first had it with my first baby when active labor started.

It showed up along with the first really strong contractions. I had been having increasingly stronger contractions, to the point where I couldn't ignore them anymore, and I decided to try going to the bathroom because previously they would stop when I did that. I was 41wk and in denial I guess so I noticed it when I went to the bathroom, about 1/2 hour into strong contractions.

I have been having like 10 contractions an hour for the past 2 days or so but nothing super painful, just uncomfortable. And they are kinda sparatic

TMI but I've also been popping tons today and I've heard that's a sign of labor too! Yay! Only pregnant women get excited about poop and gross bathroom related things haha
