I cannot believe we are team...

in 2nd Trimester

We planned on not finding out this time. I have one SD and a DD. My DH wanted a boy so badly but wouldn't of been disappointed with a girl. I know this is so cliche we ALL just want a healthy baby of course! but this may be our last so a boy would be nice. 

Well.. I agreed that DH could "try" to figure out what we were having by the ultrasound pic thinking there's no way he would tell but boy was I wrong the pee pee could not be missed!

Baby looked healthy I am so overjoyed despite feeling oh so fat!

    Are you sure it's a boy? Because we were team green with DD. I was POSITIVE I saw a penis at the ultrasound, and she was all girl.

    Just saying that you might not know how to read the ultrasound picture correctly, so I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet.

    Sorry, I'm not trying to be dense. I'm just confused by your post. :)

    Are you saying the ultrasound tech told you it was a boy? Or that your DH is an ultrasound tech?

    Normally, I would not suggest anyone on Team Green just ask the US tech/OB to tell them their baby's gender, but if you are going to announce a gender reveal, then you really need to ask and not just take an amateur stab at guessing. I'll be honest, it's pretty annoying and not the magical reveal moment it should be.

    I hope that it is really a boy like you and your husband think. Do people really still say "pee pee"? Penis is the correct term. I understand using any number of other substitutions, but saying "pee pee" makes you sound like you are 5. Sorry.
