Post Pregnancy wraps

hey ladies.  I am looking into buying one today. 

Can you recommend a post pregnancy wrap you liked with previous pregnancies or one recommended to you?

 Belly Bandit, Baboosh Baby, Medela????

    Belly Bandit Bamboo. Nice and comfy, plus it's great if you end up with an emergency C/S.

    As a 3rd time Mom, honestly I just used a wide ace wrap.  It worked perfect!  I started using it the next day after birth and I liked that I could control how tight I wanted it throughout the day.  Not to mention, it was very inexpensive and could be used for other things.

    I used an Ace bandage too. Worked just fine.

    What is the purpose of the wraps? Are they really necessary or do some people just find it comfortable?
