Bleeding Update - Good News :)

So after bleeding all weekend - bright red with clots - I was terrified before my appointment this morning. They did an ultrasound and the yolk sac was there and they saw the little baby and heard a heartbeat!

The bleeding is from near the sac but not from the embryo - dr. said that there is a slightly higher chance of miscarriage but that in the majority of cases she's seen like this, the bleeding stops on its own with no problems. No exercise (aww what a shame lol) and no sex for awhile though.

They did say that I'm not as far along as I thought - they could barely spot the baby - so they've changed my due date to July 30 (ooh if he's a day late he can have Harry Potter's birthday). Another ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure everything is still progressing well but the doctor said all looks good and nothing to worry about for now!
