Does your LO ever wake up

and look different than when they went to sleep the night before?

I swear G looks different than when she went to sleep. I can't put my finger on it. Maybe a little more grown up looking. Definitely cuter.

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

    This is us, too.  Also happens when I pick him up from daycare some days.

    Every once in awhile when I just sit and look at him... I can see how much he's grown and changed. Sometimes I do think he looks a little different than the day before -- I think part of it is because he's now wearing "toddler" clothes instead of the cutsie newborn-type clothes.

    Well she woke up with a pimple or bug bite under her eye this morning...so yes!  (Hopefully it's a pimple)

    I've noticed this a few time too. I'll go pick her up from a nap and I swear she weighs more. 

    Whoever said it's the toddler clothes, you might be on to something. She's wearing new pj's. Maybe that's it.

    Yes!  Some days she just looks suddenly so much older.  Same with my nephew.  I think a lot of it is the more toddler-y clothes.  And her hair seems longer and thicker every day too.

    I do sometimes think she seems taller.  She has been taking long naps the last two days and thank god slept 11hours for the first in a long time last night -- I think she's growing on me.
