So I just joined WW...again

Before conceiving DD I was on WW and doing really great, super motivated and losing weight. Around Feb this year I rejoined and could not get into it. I am hoping this time I can get myself in gear and make a dent in this enormous amount of weight I have to shed.

I don't know if exercising for alcohol points is really the best mindset, but I'll go with it for now.

  • My office building just started the Weight Watchers at Work Program. Because I work for a big city government we get incentives like money to lose weight. I'm way too unmotivated to stick with a diet or exercise plan but dammit, for award money I will try.

    Are you doing the meetings? Or online WW? I need to do something. I'm gaining again instead of losing. I have tried using MyFitnessPal in the past to count calories but not with much success. It's so damn hard. GL to you!

  • Good luck!  I did WW online in March and I lost the last 15 lbs of baby weight.  I can suggest some yummy recipes if you like.  And check out skinnytaste.com....her recipes include points totals.

  • I really need to do something but I am too lazy! I gripe about being in between sizes and holding onto weight but I do little about it... yes, I'm one of those people right now. Motivate me!!!
