If you leak during pregnancy, are you more likely to be successful with BF? I started leaking today, at 25 weeks. I have high hopes of being able to EBF twins, or at the least pump for them.
No correlation unfortunately. Chances are you'll be able to BF twins as long as you are properly educated and supported. After all, that's why we have two breasts! Good luck!

This. I didn't leak at all during pregnancy and have had no issues bf'ing .
Doesn't mean a thing. But I'd echo the pp - we are built to nurse twins and it is very rare for a women to truly have not enough milk. Set yourself up now with a good IBCLC so you'll have support in the early days!
I've seen women successfully nurse triplets for a year. You can do this! It will help to find a LC to support you, and even more so if you find a pedi who supports BFing. And whether or not you leak during pregnancy has absolutely no correlation to the success rates of BFing. Good luck!
