Jillian- body revolution

Has anyone tried it? Do you like it? Looking for a great program I can do while DS naps... GOTTA get rid of this extra pudge!

  • Loved, loved, loved it.  This is how I got in really good shape after DS1.  The first 30 days are like Ripped in 30.  The program gets really intense.  Cardio 3 is crazy, but by the time you get to the last workouts you are really prepared.  I love how the workouts progressed every 2 weeks so you really only did each strength workout 4 times.  Really kept me motivated.

  • Thanks! YEAH!!! I am so excited now :) I just ordered it and in the mean time am going to transition my eating to lower healthy carbs and do the videos I have now :)

     

  • The meal plan is actually really good.  The buckwheat pancakes are amazing!   I have done alot of workout programs and hate the 'fitness food' meal plans that come with them.  I prepped alot of the food and froze it, though I didn't follow the meal plan to a T.  Perfect for nap time since the videos are only 30 minutes!
