acid reflux?

I developed acid reflux. It is really gross and uncomfortable. I googled remedies and nothing really worked. Anyone experiencing this and have any advice?

I get this sometimes when not preggers. Avoid fatty foods and prop urself up when u sleep

Zantac is ok to take. The cool mint ones are awesome.

Yes and Tums do the trick for me. I've also heard apple cider vinegar as a natural remedy. I'm sure a Google search will tell you how to use it.

I use Prilosec (omeprazole is the generic). I had acid reflux before I got pg and was taking it once a day but my doctor told me its totally safe to take it twice a day. Its a good preventative one

I have it too, it started around 8 weeks. It's horrible! I have been using TUMS and removed caffeine, chocolate and tomato products. My OBgyn won't let me take Zantac. So weird because he allowed me to take it in the 1st tri with my first pregnancy.
