N3TR - substitute for cumin?

Anyone know a substite for cumin? Making skewers and I don't have any.

    I don't think there is a substitute because it's smokey without being spicy. ?Chili powder would be spicy(ier) and paprika would add a bit of smokeyness but it is also a tad sweet. ?What kind of skewers are you making? ?Maybe I can help with another spice choice if I know what you're making. ?GL :)

    coriander and chili powder come to mind

    Thank you thank you thank you for your suggestions! I ended up finding it in my spice rack. I missed it the first hundred times I looked for it. And found it by mistake!
